Traditional consulting begins with interviews and ends with recommendations. NORTH begins with a structured pre-mortem and ends with a decision: named failure paths, routed to whoever can clear them. Implementation stays with your internal team, your existing advisers, or an approved partner. NORTH owns the decision layer — diagnose, decide, route, rescore — not the build.

NORTH does not implement. The platform diagnoses, decides, and routes: each prioritised failure path is matched to the capability most likely to clear it — custom LLM applications, AI-enabled workflow integrations, data foundations, governance and risk controls, pilot-to-production pipelines — and to whoever should build it: your internal team, your existing advisers, or an approved partner. The rescore then measures whether it worked.

The full team pre-mortem runs in under 45 minutes; individuals finish faster. Each instrument is designed to be completed in a single sitting, on mobile or desktop.

No. Individuals can start Signal immediately without creating an account. For team sessions and rescores, we ask for an email so we can send you the coalition map and the brief.

The diagnostic works on desktop, tablet, and mobile. The credential you receive is built to be screenshotted and shared straight from your phone.

The diagnostic is free for individuals — no credit card, and we do not sell your data. The team synthesis (Coalition Map, Tension Map, Strategist Brief) is R3,999.99 (about US$245) per diagnostic cycle. Payments are processed in South African rand (ZAR). Your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees. A partner tier exists for consulting firms who need white-label rights, API access, and custom branding.

Advisory practices, AI Centres of Excellence, and event organisers who want to productise readiness assessment. It includes white-label sessions, custom brief branding, API access to raw diagnostic data, and the ability to rescore as recurring revenue.

We have no plans to gate the core instruments. If we introduce paid features, they will be additive — deeper analytics, historical trend lines, executive coaching integrations — never paywalls on the diagnostics themselves.

We anonymise aggregate patterns for research. We may combine anonymised scored responses from many organisations to build benchmarks. Written reflections are not included unless you explicitly agree. This data can't identify you or your organisation, and we never try to re-identify it. To request deletion of your data, email support@usenorth.xyz.

In a team session, the session owner (and any authorised partner) sees the Coalition Map, the Tension Map and who has completed. Once the team threshold is reached they can also open each participant's detail: dimension profile, pre-mortem priorities, archetype and excerpts of written reflections. Reflection text is also used to generate the Strategist Brief. Your personal Reckoning is not shown in team outputs.

Data is stored in the EU (Paris, France) with Supabase. Some processing happens outside that region; see the Privacy Policy.

A retake of the same diagnostic, typically at 90 days, to measure whether an intervention actually moved the pattern. Rescores are particularly valuable for coaches and advisory practices who want to demonstrate progress.

No. NORTH gives the room a shared frame for what is already there, so expert judgement can land faster and with less theatre. The model serves the strategist, not the other way around.

There is no hard limit. The Coalition Map becomes meaningful at three completions and stabilises around seven. Team cycles support unlimited participants.
